The Wonder of Wonders Christmas 2017! What a fitting morning to write something in this blog, on the theme: Tell the Wonders. What a wonder that God sent his Son to be born a baby, to take on human flesh, in order to save the world. What a wonder that he took our sins away, and made us whole. What a wonder that the whole world celebrates this special day, even though many don't believe it. We woke up this morning to CBC playing the classic Christmas carols: Joy to the World the Lord has Come, A Child is Born, O Come O Come Emmanuel... What a wonder! What a wonder that we get to know God. That we can be his people. We are reading the book Knowing God by G. I. Packer with our Ladies Bible Study this year. Psalm 78 lays out a mandate for a Christian parents. It is our job to pass on to the next generation the story of God's goodness, of his might, and the wonders that he has done. This blog is my musings about this most important job. I hope to share stories, thoughts, book reviews, movie reviews, and adventures that we are involved in as we pass on the torch, and marvel at the wonders that God has worked through all the ages.
